A year has passed since the Time Soldiers have traveled through the time portal. The children are excited when the find the portal is opening once again. Hearing sounds of the ocean, the children go through the portal and find themselves back in the time of pirates. Once again the children must face many dangers before finding their way back to their own time--only this time the dangers are real men and not just prehistoric creatures. After fighting pirates and helping a new friend, the children make it back to their own time and anxiously await the next time the portal opens.
