Pairs of reading passages help students develop and practice the skills they need to compare and contrast fiction and nonfiction. Assessment questions are provided in both multiple-choice and open-ended formats.

Each kit includes:

6 copies of each of 25 units of passages

  • Each unit has one fiction and one nonfiction passage for a total of 50 reading passages.
  • 6 copies of all 50 passages are provided.
  • Assessment Book
Teacher Resource Book with reproducible assessments and an answer key.

Enhanced E-book on CD allows the pages on the Teacher Resource Book to be projected onto ANY interactive whiteboard. Notes can be added; questions can be answered; and files can be attached.
